What are the benefits to stacking the deal online?
Customers can choose what add ons they want to include - such as warranty, paint protection, and more. This can help you sell more fully stacked deals without any additional effort. If at a later date the customer wants to add on anymore value added products, you can simply update the order in your DMS.
Do I see partial deals?

Yes!  When a customer inputs their details you'll get a lead into your DMS.  You can also resend ClickEngage links out to the customer to help them complete their journey and pick up where they left off.

Can I go through this with the customer in showroom?

Yes.  Some of our dealers go through the ClickEngage journey with the customer in showroom so that they can input all their information including part-ex valuation, value-added products etc.

This is a great way of using the tool so that if the customer leaves, they have a record of their deal and can easily pick back up when at home.

Can the customer build their part-ex into the deal?

Yes! The customer can add their part-ex and get a valuation for it - this then adjusts the overall deal amount to take this into consideration.  It's a great way for the customer to see the total value of buying a new car - reducing their deposit amount or overall deal amount, giving them a more realistic price.
