Will you tie me into a contract?
No. We offer a 30 day rolling contract as standard. We're so confident in the performance of our services that we don't feel it necessary to tie you into a long contract.
We may offer short contracts to unlock a special rate when we're running a promotion - but 30 day rolling terms are always available and are our standard.
Are you part of a larger company?
Click Dealer Ltd is part of the Evolution Funding Group.
Evolution Funding provides digital finance solutions that is transforming the customer experience of taking out motor finance.
Click still operates as it's own entity and we offer dealers choice over which finance provider or middleware they wish to use.
However, as part of the Group, we have access to a wide range of experience, skills, and technology - bringing our dealerships benefits in innovation.
Website & Stock Advertising Questions
Can you move my stock from my current provider?
We help dealerships get up and running with their Click system. We'll transfer your stock across to your new website.
If your current provider doesn't provide you with an export of your data, we have a team who can manually populate your stock into your Click system.
Do you design my website?
We certainly do! Our web studio team work on each and every website to design a site that's tailored to your dealership.
When you sign up to a new Click Dealer website, our onboarding team will have a call with you to understand your requirements, branding, and what the goals of your website are.
This will then go to our web studio team to develop your website. You'll see the draft site and once you're happy, we'll get it live for you.
Can you send my stock to advertising platforms & marketplaces?
Yes! We work with a range of partners in the industry. When you onboard with us we'll go through the advertisers we feed to and which ones you use currently - to then set up your stock feeds without you needing to do any additional work.
Do I have to pay to update my website?
No! You get an hours' free studio time per month - any changes you need, you can send to our web change team who'll review and update your site.
We also provide a free website refresh after 18 months. We know that the website you had when you first went live isn't the site you'll have forever! That's why we provide free refreshes of your site to make sure your website reflects your current dealership and is fresh and modern.
DMS & Platform Questions
Do you provide training?
Yes! We have a team who provide our dealers with training on the system.
We offer training throughout the time that you're with us - so if you get a new starter or just want a refresher, we can provide you with training to support. And it's absolutely free!
We also have handy user guides and dealer how-to-videos from within the system to give you additional support.
Can I have as many users as I need?
Yes! You can have as many users on the platform as you need - and there's no additional charge for adding more.
Is your platform secure?
We have two factor authentication for our DMS, giving you an additional level of security.
We take safety and security very seriously, and invest heavily in our infrastructure to help keep our dealers online and their data safe.
Digital Marketing Questions
How will I know if I'm getting value for money?
We provide reporting for dealers using our Digital Marketing services to give you an overview of how your campaign is performing.
When you also use a Click Dealer website and DMS - we can track your campaigns from clicks through to sale, and provide you with a full ROI breakdown.
I don't know where to start!
Don't worry, we often hear from dealers that they want more leads or sales, but don't know how to get them.
We'll work with you to understand what your goals are and who your ideal customer is. We'll then put together a proposal of what marketing campaigns we think would work best for you.
Do I get an account manager?
Yes, we provide a dedicated account manager to each of our Digital Marketing clients.
You'll have regular calls with them as well as reporting to detail how your campaigns are performing.
Do you have an in-house team?
Yes, we have a team of over 10+ Clickers who are dedicated to Digital Marketing. They are experts in their field and have experience of delivering campaigns for used car dealerships that really work.
We have years' of experience of supporting used car dealerships. By working with Click's team, you're benefitting from our Digital Marketing skills as well as our automotive knowledge.
